Clear the Storage that Photos Taken by
Most commonly, the photos stored in your iPhone get lots of storage even without knowing. You can reduce this by using the Optimize Storage option. This can reduce storage by replacing full-resolution photos with smaller-sized ones. They take small storage while the original versions remain in the iCloud.
Also, check your library to see if they any unwanted blur mood photos. Blur mood is a good way to capture events or scenes in each frame. But it causes unwanted photos. So, you can check it and delete them as you want.
If you have an old iPhone model like iPhone X there is another way to reduce storage usage. In the old iPhone models when you used HDR it also stored the standard shot inside your gallery and it will make your storage full unnecessary. You can disable the saving feature if you don’t want it.
Maybe some app access to your photo gallery and save the media automatically to your library. In apps like WhatsApp, you can disable this auto-save feature and save photos that are important to you.
If your photo library acts out of control you can delete all the photos and start a new one. But just make sure you back up all the ones you want. And if you delete photos from your library while enabling iCloud, all photos are deleted from the iCloud too.

Some of the above photo storage reduction tips also apply to the video storage reduction but there are some ways you can clean up storage too. Users can customize the resolution and frame rate of videos as they want. For that go to Settings and then Camera then navigate to the Record Video.
Also if you are someone who uses Apple Fitness go to the settings and under the general section you can see iPhone Storage. Go to it and in there you can see videos listed in the Review Downloaded Videos section. You can delete videos as you want here.
