This year, Apple is willing to launch more new products for its customers. Every Apple customer is looking for these new updates. So in this article, we are going to talk about these products.
Apple Vision Pro
This is Apple’s latest new product. In the last year, WWDC talked about this and announced this product. So the app developers can produce more new apps suitable for this new device. This is a new computer which you can wear on your eyes. So rather than a physical screen this screen is projected in front of your eyes. This screen didn’t require any physical touch. This can get ideas from your hand movements and eye movements.
With this Vision Pro headset, Apple will introduce visionOS. This is the operating system for this device. The first visionOS will be launched with the headset and the visionOS 2 will be introduced after that.
OLED iPad Pro
In 2023 we didn’t see any new iPad version. But in 2024 we can see this iPad. With this update, the iPad screens are upgraded like iPhone screens. They use OLED displays for this. They are willing to launch this in two sizes. The sizes are the same as current iPads. OLED brings more new features to the current customers. This brings deeper black, quick refresh rates, and more improved contrast. This means the new screen brings a more realistic and dynamic range of lightning than the old LED display. But these OLED displays can have some problems like burn-in issues and some issues occur with high brightness. Apple tries to reduce these issues with its technologies. For that reason, first iPads will be more pricing.
This model will come with a faster M3 chip. M3 chips first came with the MacBook Pro and iMac products. When we compared this M3 chip to the M2 chip it provided 21% faster speed than the M2 one. Also, it has a 15% faster GPU speed. With this new display, these iPad Pro devices will be more efficient with video editing features. GPU speed will give better graphics for gaming. There are some other features customers can expect from the new iPad Pro, they are MagSafe charging, 4TB storage, and also the price will be high because of this new display.
iPad Air Models
We never see two iPad Air models, always launch two iPad Pro models. But for the first time, they are ready to launch two iPad Air models. The size will be the same as the Pro models. And the price will be cheaper than the Pro ones. But the negative side is that they don’t have OLED displays, ProMotion, or other high-end features.
iOS 18
As per the rumors, Apple is willing to launch its next operating system at the June 2024 Worldwide Developers Conference. As a future investment, Apple is willing to work on AI features. Because this many AI and machine learning features can be seen on the majority of apps and features. Similar to this iOS 18 there will be an iPadOS 18 for iPad models.
Apple company spend more than 1 billion dollars to improve AI features and most of these amazing AI features are only available for the upcoming iPhone 16, because of its high-performance chips. Apple is still debating the limitations of on-device and cloud AI features. As the on-device side is more secure and Apple always gives priority to the security side Apple may prioritize the on-device side over than cloud side. Customers can expect hybrid AI features and more features will be on-device. Apple also makes sure the new features may work and they continuously test that.
Apple is ready to turn Siri into the ultimate virtual assistant. They plan to add more language models. As for the rumors, Apple is working on a strong connection among Siri and the messages app. So Siri can auto-complete sentences and answer questions.
With this iOS 18 Apple is using the Rich Communication Service standard for SMS/MMS. This makes conversations between iPhone and Android devices easier. So sending photos and videos from iPhone to Android will never result in errors. As a result of this RCS features like emoji reactions, read receipts and real-time typing indicators will be added.
With iOS 18, there will be new updated versions of macOS, watchOS, and tvOS. But the exact information is still not popular.
iPhone 16
Apple expected to increase the size of the iPhone 16. They expected to increase the size of the iPhone 16 Pro to 6.3 inches and the iPhone 16 Pro Max to 6.9 inches. But the camera size is the same as the iPhone 15 models. They introduce new A-series chips for the iPhone 16 lineup. The rumors say that there will be an extra mystery button. As the name mystery, we don’t know the exact work of that button. iPhone 16 has three different prototypes and there is a vertically aligned camera. These three have three different colors, mostly pink, yellow, and black.
Apple Watch X
This year Apple Watch celebrated its 10th anniversary. This year customers can expect the Apple Watch 10, also called as Apple Watch X. With this Watch customers can experience more new health features and there will be a new design. Apple tries to add a magnetic band attachment system to this Apple Watch.
AirPods 4
This is fourth-generation AirPods and as iPad Air, there will be two models. So these two versions will be available for two different prices. This will be an updated and mixed version of the current AirPods 3 and AirPods Pro. The case will be set to come with Find My alerts and a USB-C charging port.
iPad Mini 7
This is a new version and the design is the same as the current one. This will probably add Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
Mac Mini
This version will include Apple’s M3 and M3 Pro chips.
Also, you can get an updated version of the magic keyboard and a refreshed version of the Apple Pencil.
