With the new iOS 17.1 update they offer a lot of features for customizing for iPhone’s Lock Screen. With this new update, you can now customize your phone lock screen wallpaper shuffle through photos. You can use a specific album in your photo library.
With this recent update, users can customize the lock screen than the previous versions. You can shuffle your photos on the lock screen wallpaper as you want. you can set it to change whenever you wake up the screen or at a certain time.
Now with this 17.1 update, you can choose the photos from a specific library from the iPhone’s photo album and you don’t have to choose any photo individually. In this article, we are going to tell you how to do this with the new update.
- First, wake up the iPhone with Face ID. Don’t swipe up on the Lock Screen.
- After that press and hold the screen till the wallpaper gallery appears.
- Then you can see a + button with a blue color. It appears in the bottom-right corner.
- Then select the photo shuffle from the menu.
- Here you can see the new Album option. Choose the album you want to add to the shuffle.
- Then you can choose the frequency of the shuffle. You can choose daily, hourly, on-lock, or on-tap options.
- After that, you can tap on the Use Album option.
- Here you can see the preview of the used photos, when you tap on the screen the photos will change. Tap on the clock and you can change the font style, color, and other settings. You can see the widgets with the new wallpaper.
- After all tap on done to save the changes. It asked to either set as a wallpaper pair or customize the home screen. choose the one you want and after the edits tap on done.
- Finally, tap on the album you use in the gallery and it makes it live. Then it works as your preference.
