Apple has its own built-in tool and also various third-party apps that help users check their phone battery health. When you use your iPhone, sometimes you may feel your battery may not last longer than you expected. This can happen when we use our new device than we expected, or as always when the device becomes old, the battery also starts to degrade. In that case, we can check the health of our iPhone via an in-built tool, and it can monitor the battery.
This app helps you to check the apps that get a lot of power from your battery and also, the overall battery performance. You can start a Low Power Mode if you want to keep your battery from background activities. Also, it can tell if you want a new battery or not. Somehow, if you want more information about the battery, you can use some third-party apps. There are a lot of good apps for that, and some of them are Clean Battery, Battery HD+, etc.
View the Percentage
In any iPhone, we can see the battery percentage near the Battery icon. If not, go to the settings and go to the battery. In here on the toggle next to the battery percentage. This will show your current battery percentage at all times.
To See the Battery Suggestions
When you go to the settings and the battery icon, you can see it always gives suggestions to help the battery life improvements. For example, if your screen brightness is too high, they suggest that you lower the brightness. You can change your brightness from the settings app or simply open the Control Center.
For Checking the Battery Fife Stats
If you want to know more things about your battery usage it offers you a battery report. On the battery settings app, you can see different charts. Those charts help you understand the battery’s health. You can see your last charged level when you disconnect the charger and the percentage level at that time.
Also, these graphs track the battery level and show you the charging level of the device. You can see the time period your device is connected to the charger by darker green lines, and other lines show your screen on time. Each line represents 15 minutes time period.
You can change the time frames in two different views. One is for 24 hours, and one is for the last 10 days. By default, it shows the last 24 hours. But you can change it to last 10 days as well. Then you can see the battery usage in each day.
Check the Health
You can see Battery Health & Charging on the top of the Battery Settings and it shows the overall health of the iPhone battery. In the Maximum Capacity, you can see the maximum capacity of your battery when it is in brand-new condition. A brand-new iPhone has 100% battery, and with time, this drops to 90s, 80s, or lower than that.
You can get an idea about if you want a new iPhone battery or use this one longer. In the Peak Performance Capability, you can see if your battery is operating under normal peak performance or not. It depends on your iPhone model.
